Anthropometric measurements involved body mass index, waist circumference and fat percentage were measured by a special formula. Leptin, testosterone, cortisol and growth hormone concentration in serum were measured for all individuals in the study. There was a significant increase in the body mass index, waist circumference, Fat percentage and concentration of cortisol and leptin hormone, while there was decrease in testosterone and growth hormone concentration in overweight and obese males than to normal weight males before applying the health lifestyle. Whereas, there was decrease in BMI Fat, WC, leptin, cortisol concentration, and increase in testosterone and growth hormone concentration, Also, the concentrations of GH after 60 minutes of and after 90 minutes of stimulation with clonidine (GH3) in overweight and obese males were increase in compared to their results before applying healthy lifestyle. The combined Healthy eating and physical activity intervention was able to limit weight gain and Improving hormonal results more positively. Thus, lifestyle changes are improving overall health
