FEATURES OF HORMONAL HOMEOSTASIS IN WOMEN WITH UTERINE FIBROIDS AND DIFFERENT REPRODUCTIVE STATUS
86 women with uterine fibroids and different fertility status were examined: 1 subgroup (n=52) with uterine fibroids and miscarriage, 2 subgroup (n=34) with uterine fibroids and preserved fertility. It was found that patients of subgroup 1 had a relatively lower level of preovulatory estradiol and more pronounced progesterone deficiency than women of subgroup 2 (significant differences were established according to four non-parametric criteria, p<0,05). Correlation analysis of the levels of progesterone and estradiol showed a significant negative correlation between the levels of progesterone (r=0,6) and estradiol (r=0,9) on days 20-21 of the menstrual cycle in 1 subgroup of patients. The data obtained can be used to select a personalized scheme for preconception preparation in women with uterine fibroids.
