Notas sobre el seguro de responsabilidad civil con especial énfasis en el seguro de defensa jurídica

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the civil liability insurance contract, particularly the one contracted by legal professionals for damages that may be caused to their clients and third parties. This will allow us to elucidate its contours, for which we will focus on its legal definition, the risk as a substantial element of liability insurance, the time limit clauses and a particular analysis of civil liability insurance taken out by legal professionals.
