Enhancing Two-Factor Authentication with Dynamic Ring-Based Password Transformation for Secure Login Processes
This research introduces a novel user authentication approach that combines two-factor authentication (2FA) with a dynamic password transformation system using rotating rings. During login, users input their password, and two concentric rings independently, generate a new password based on the input and their random positions. We analyse the enhanced security and usability of this method, showcasing its robustness in preventing unauthorized access while maintaining accessibility. The findings highlight the effectiveness of this dynamic ring-based approach in providing secure and user-friendly authentication for various applications, contributing to the advancement of digital security systems.
