An observation checklist of malnutrition (According to IAP classification) was used to assess the malnutrition of under-five aged children. Reliability was checked by using the Result: Study result shows that 15% of the under-five aged children had Grade I and IV malnutrition and 65% of them had Grade IV malnutrition. Since all the p-values were small (less than 0.05). None of the demographic variables was found to have a significant association with malnutrition among under-five aged children. Conclusion:- The findings of the present study showed 65% under-five aged children had Grade IV malnutrition.
