An IoT-Based Stress Level detection System For Emergency Medical Attention Personnel

Stress seriously impairs one’s physical and mental well-being. It can be challenging to identify because a person may seem well on the outside but be in pain. Chronic illnesses can result from ongoing stress, which also has an impact on mental stability. To identify any future health problems, regular stress monitoring is crucial. Wireless networks based on the Internet of Things (IoT) offer numerous opportunities to regularly monitor stress levels and transmit this information to relevant parties for prompt action. This research demonstrates that stress can be detected by analyzing physiological signals using various sensors. In the current work, a cost effective IoT based Stress Level Prediction System were developed. In the system the real-time physiological parameters data were recorded such as heart rate, body temperature and $\mathbf{S p O 2}$ percentage. The proposed model achieves impressive results in comparison to the values recorded by some local physicians, highlighting its potential impact on stress management and healthcare improvement.
