Pentagonal Fuzzy Numbers using Fuzzy Linear Regression Model
Pentagonal fuzzy numbers provide a more versatile method for uncertainty modelling due to their distinctive asymmetrical representation. For the purpose of this research, we evaluate and understand pentagonal fuzzy numbers by means of fuzzy linear regression models. Incorporating the non-symmetrical nature and five membership degrees of pentagonal fuzzy numbers, we construct a fuzzy linear regression framework. We begin by defining pentagonal fuzzy numbers and going over some of their characteristics. Our next section will go over the fuzzy linear regression model, which has been modified to accommodate pentagonal fuzzy integers. Next, we lay out the steps necessary to use the fuzzy linear regression model with pentagonal fuzzy integers.
