BLDC Motor-Based Mixer Development
A BLDC motor is one that possesses the characteristics of dc motor eliminating with the brushes and commutator. Brushless DC motors can frequently take theplace of traditional DC motors. The rotor is devoid of any brushes. They are powered by direct current voltage, but solid- state switches handle the current commutation; i.e. it is done electronically rather than mechanically. These motors come in a wide range of power ratings ranging from small motors used in hard drives to massive motors found in electric vehicles, or EVs. BLDC motors are superior to brushed DC motors in certain ways [3]. A coiled rotor enfolds the permanent magnet rotor of the BLDC motor. Rather than using brushes, the stator’s winding is electrically commutated which increases the BLDC motor’s durability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance. It also makes it smaller and easier to regulate. DC appliances and DC distribution systems provide a more economical use of scarce energy resources. An effective replacement for the current inefficient mixer and grinders is a BLDC mixer grinder. This paper proposes a low-cost, straightforward control technique for a three-phase BLDC motor-driven DC mixer-grinder. An all-in-one BLDC motor-controller is created.
