The concept and types of principles of criminal law argumentation and their general characteristics

Abstract

at the beginning of the article, a statement is put forward according to which each type of rational and purposeful human activity is based on a certain set of principles. It is noted that the principles are widely disseminated in criminal law reality, while criminal legislation, criminal policy and the codification of criminal law have their own specific principles.
