Implementasi Etika Bisnis Islam

This research is motivated by the practice of Islamic business ethics in a company. This research aims to determine the real implementation of Islamic business ethics at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Sub-Branch Office (Kantor Cabang Pembantu; KCP) Malang Sengkaling. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research results show that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Malang Sengkaling has implemented Islamic business ethics. No allegations of business ethics violations were found at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Malang Sengkaling. Building good business relationships and mutual approval, maintaining trust, non-discrimination, working together and being responsible are concrete manifestations of implementing Islamic business ethics. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Malang Sengkaling is expected to maintain conditions where there are no ethical violations or fraud. It is also necessary for the company to maintain and improve the working relationships, responsibility and cooperation.
