PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS AND PATTERNS OF TEAM INTERACTION
The article analyses domestic and foreign literature on psychological factors and patterns of team interaction. It highlights the differences between a team and a group, as well as the stages of team development. The key categories of an effective team are identified and examined sequentially: “interaction”, “joint activity”, and “personal factors of team members”. As a result of the theoretical analysis of these categories, the concept of “team interaction skill” is refined as the psychological readiness of its participants for joint activity and achieving a common result. The author presents a classification of the complex of personal traits and inter- personal processes involved in the team interaction skill, which includes: value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, and behavioural components of joint team activity that ensure its effectiveness. The results of the article will be useful to psychologists, educators, and managers in organising team forms of work and education.
