Some immunological Factors Level in serum of Iraqi Women with primary and secondary Infertile.
Infertility is a major health problem; its mean the inability to have a child after one year of unprotect intercourse. Two varieties of infertility; primary and secondary are prevalence. Material and Methods: Al-Ramadi Teaching Hospital for Women and Children in Anbar, Iraq was the site of this study. from 23 of August 2023 to the end of December 2023.This study included 90 samples, including 60 infertile women (30 women with primary type infertility and 30 women with secondary type infertility), Also included 30 healthy women (control group). All samples between the age of 18 to 45 years old. Elisa technology was used to conduct tests on blood serum to detect the level of each Adiponictin, Visfatin and resistin .For C-reactive protein direct colorimetric method with kit provided from (GIESSE Diagnostics, Italy) was used. The Aim of research : measurement some immunological factors level in Iraqi females with primary and secondary infertile and compare them with fertile women also investigate the correlation between these factors. Results: a significant increase appeared in the level of adiponectin and resistin in serum of infertile women, as the highest mean for resistin was recorded in women with secondary and primary infertility compared to fertile women, Moreover that no statistical differences appeared in both visfatin and C - reactive protein. Conclusion: in conclude of this study Adiponectin and Resistin increased significantly in infertile women while Visfatin and CRP were not affected. As common as the correlation among Adiponctin, visfatin , resistin and C-reactive protein are not
