Abstract 360: Outcomes of Endovascular Treatment for Pulsatile Tinnitus in Patients with Sigmoid Sinus Wall Anomalies
Transverse sinus stenosis (TSS) and sigmoid sinus wall anomalies (SSWA), including sigmoid sinus diverticulum and sigmoid plate dehiscence, are common in patients with pulsatile tinnitus (PT) of venous origin but the optimal treatment of these patients with SSWA and TSS is unclear. We sought to evaluate the outcomes of endovascular treatment (EVT) for PT in patients with SSWA.
