Abstract 283: Feasibility of Endovascular Flow Diversion for Cerebral Aneurysms in Nonagenarians: Report of First Known Cases

Endovascular flow diversion (FD) continues to demonstrate efficacy in treating unruptured aneurysms with an acceptable safety profile in high operative risk patients. We present the first documented cases of two nonagenarians with unruptured intracranial aneurysms, both successfully treated and maintaining excellent functional independence.
