Abstract 031: Switching Thrombectomy Technique After Failed First Pass Improves Reperfusion Success: A Multi‐Center Cohort Study
Achieving complete reperfusion (TICI 2c/3) with the fewest passes is the primary goal in EVT, and current rates are suboptimal. Prior studies suggest switching techniques after an unsuccessful first pass may enhance reperfusion rates. We evaluate the efficacy of technique switching after an initial failed pass in a large, multi‐center cohort.
