Abstract 127: Onyx Frontier DES in the Setting of ICAD: Multicenter Insights from Early Clinical Experience

Intracranial atherosclerotic disease (ICAD) is a leading cause of stroke, particularly in cases unresponsive to aggressive medical therapy. This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of the Onyx Frontier drug‐eluting stent (DES) for treating ICAD and acute stroke across six U.S. centers, addressing a critical gap in current therapeutic options.
