Abstract 377: Prevalence and Radiological Manifestations of Jugular Venous Stenosis in Patients with Pulsatile Tinnitus: A Case‐Control Study
Pulsatile tinnitus (PT) is commonly caused by pathology of the venous drainage system of the head. However, it is unknown which venous anomalies are pathogenic in the development of PT. Although internal jugular venous stenosis (IJVS) has been implicated in multiple neurological disorders, its role in the development of PT is unclear. In this study, we compare the clinical and imaging findings of consecutive patients with PT to age and sex matched control patients without PT who received vessel imaging over the same time‐period.
