Abstract 261: Endovascular Approach for Acute Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis in a Young Woman with Left‐Sided Hemiplegia

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a rare but significant cause of stroke, presenting a diagnostic challenge due to its broad spectrum of clinical manifestations. We present a case of CVST manifesting as left‐sided hemiplegia, which was successfully treated with endovascular treatment (EVT) in response to the patient's declining neurological status.
