Abstract 298: Impact of Trans‐Circulation Collateralization and Balloon Guide Catheter Flow Control on Radiographic and Clinical Outcomes of Intracranial Carotid Revascularization

The role of Trans‐Circulation Collateral (TCC) in patients undergoing thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke has not been fully elucidated. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of TCC and the subsequent use of balloon guide catheter (BGC) for flow control on revascularization and clinical outcomes in patients with acute internal carotid artery terminus (ICA‐T) occlusions.
