Abstract 451: Trends in Decompressive Hemicraniectomy Rates among Ischemic Stroke Patients from 2016 to 2021: A Logistic Regression Analysis
Decompressive hemicraniectomy (DHC) is a crucial surgical intervention for managing malignant ischemic stroke. This study investigates the trends in DHC rates among ischemic stroke patients and examines the influence of mechanical thrombectomy (MT) on these rates using national inpatient data.
