Abstract 082: Comparing Efficacy and Safety of First‐Line Thrombectomy Strategies for Acute Anterior Large Vessel Occlusion Strokes
Acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion (ACLVO) strokes are a major challenge in stroke management, with evolving thrombectomy strategies aimed at improving outcomes. This systematic review and network meta‐analysis evaluates the efficacy and safety of first‐line thrombectomy strategies, focusing on Contact Aspiration (CA), Stent Retriever (SR), their combination (SRA), and enhancements with Balloon Guide Catheter (BGC).
