Abstract 071: Anatomical and Geometric Considerations for Transradial versus Transfemoral Approach to Extracranial Carotid Artery Stenting

Successful transradial (TR) approach to extracranial carotid artery stenting (eCAS) may be contingent on geometry of the great vessels. An analysis of geometry of the great vessels and aortic arch angles may help select patients with favorable anatomy for successful transradial approach and minimize conversion to transfemoral approach.
