Abstract 060: A Case of CLOCC With Primarily Genu Involvement In A Fully Mature Corpus Callosum

Cytotoxic lesions of the corpus callosum (CLOCC) are secondary lesions associated with a variety of disease processes. A vast majority of these lesions have been historically associated with marked splenial involvement, aside from one case in which there was callosal hypogenesis where only the genu was involved. It was theorized that this may be related to a relatively higher myelin volume within the genu compared to the underdeveloped splenium. We present a unique case of CLOCC in which there is primarily genu involvement in a patient with a fully developed corpus callosum.

We present a unique case of CLOCC in which there is primarily genu involvement in a patient with a fully developed corpus callosum.
