Abstract 178: A Tale of Two Carotids: Aberrant Contralateral Origin of Right Internal Carotid Arising from Cavernous Left Internal Carotid Artery

Carotid artery variants are extremely uncommon and are often incidental. We present a case where imaging revealed rare congenital absence of right internal carotid with distal segments arising from left cavernous internal carotid artery.
