Abstract 076: Bilateral Intraparenchymal Hemorrhage Secondary to Straight Sinus Thrombosis

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a rare disease with a prevalence of 3 cases per million. The presentation varies with headache being the most common, followed by focal neurological signs (~44%), intraparenchymal hemorrhage (IPH, 40%), and seizures (~40%). We present a case report of CVST due to straight sinus (SS) thrombus.
