MODERNIZATION OF SPORTS TRAINING YOUNG GYMNASTS BASED ON APPLICATION SPECIAL COMPLEXES «SUBJECT» TRAINING

Preparation of athletes for competitions in rhythmic gymnastics is currently carried out on the basis of a new federal standard and competition rules. At the same time, Russian male and female gymnasts specializing in individual all-around disciplines must perform according to the rules adopted by the Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation of Russia, and the “group exercises” category - according to the rules of the International Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics (FIG). The current situation has put organizations implementing additional educational programs of sports training and coachesteachers in front of the need to find new methods of training in the disciplines of rhythmic gymnastics. The tendency to complicate the competitive compositions of individual all-around due to technical elements is especially relevant during the transition from the training stage (the stage of sports specialization) to the stage of improving sports skills. The article shows as an example an experimental special complex of «subject» training for young gymnasts with a skipping rope. The results of the general and special physical fitness of girls 10-11 years old, engaged in rhythmic gymnastics at the beginning and at the end of the pedagogical experiment, are presented. The results were evaluated on the reliability of the differences in the control and experimental groups according to the criterion of Mann-Uitete.
