Theory and Practice of Updating Educational Programs in Conditions of Academic Independence of The University

The relevance of the problem studied in the article is due to the fact that the main goal of updating the educational programs of higher education is to ensure the quality assurance of training graduates of Kazakhstani universities. As a result of the analysis of world and domestic experience, the authors identified the basic methodological principles for updating the content of educational programs of higher education. The structure of competencies of continuous professional development with criteria and indicators of their expression in professional activity is described. The technological chain of integration of subject and pedagogical competencies with the competencies of continuous professional development when updating educational programs is presented. Ways to update the content of educational programs have been identified.
