REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION IN WOMEN AFTER ORGAN-PRESERVING TREATMENT FOR ATYPICAL HYPERPLASIA AND NONINVASIVE HIGHLY DIFFERENTIATED ENDOMETRIAL CANCER (LITERATURE REVIEW)

The article presents an analysis of the literature on reproductive function in women with atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AHE) and noninvasive highly differentiated endometrial cancer (NWER), the stages of diagnosis, treatment and the possibility of restoring fertility. According to published studies, organ-preserving treatment with preservation of reproductive function is possible for women of reproductive age with AHE and NVER, however, a number of issues remain that require further study. Indications and contraindications for the use of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), as well as effective modified programs that can ensure the onset of pregnancy in this category of women, need to be clarified. Scientific publications mainly present data on the frequency of pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes, but there is completely no information about the features of the course, tactics of pregnancy and delivery, complications, and the course of the postpartum period in this category of women
