THE RELEVANCE OF THE PROBLEM OF OBSTETRIC CRITICAL CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THROMBOTIC MICROANGIOPATHY (LITERATURE REVIEW)

The article presents a review of the literature on pregnancy complications in various clinical syndromes of thrombotic microangiopathy, approaches to differential diagnosis and the possibility of using clinical, clinical, laboratory and instrumental indicators to assess the condition of pregnant women and the risk of preeclampsia, and the tactics of managing such patients.
