FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY OF PLATELETS IN WOMEN AT RISK OF TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY
The study of platelet aggregation function in clinical practice is an informative method for assessing the risk of thrombotic complications. Platelet aggregation function was studied 117 in women with a threat of termination of pregnancy in the I-II and III trimesters and in dynamics after preventive treatment. The comparison group consisted of healthy pregnant women. Inducers such as adenosine diphosphoric acid adrenaline, collagen and spontaneous platelet aggregation were used to assess the functional activity of platelets. In pregnant women at risk of miscarriage, the degree of maximum aggregation with adrenaline (p=0.0254) and the rate of aggregation with collagen (p=0.0021) were higher compared with women at risk of premature birth. The indicators of the degree of spontaneous platelet aggregation (p=0.0000), the lengthening of the time to reach maximum aggregation from 1.5 mmol/l of adenosine diphosphoric acid (p=0.0011) and the rate of aggregation with adrenaline (p=0.0192) in women with the threat of premature birth were higher than in women with threatened miscarriage.
