Research on Quality Evaluation of Embedded Comprehensive Education Services in One Stop Student Community Based on Improved SERVQUAL Model
With the continuous evolution of the higher education environment and the diversified development of student needs, traditional student management models are no longer able to meet the needs of modern education. Therefore, one-stop embedded comprehensive management of student communities has emerged, which integrates resources, optimizes services, and strengthens educational functions to create a more harmonious, convenient, and conducive learning and living environment for students' comprehensive development. This article takes the "one-stop" student community as the battlefield, optimizes the traditional SERVQUAL model, and embeds it into the comprehensive education service quality evaluation of the "one-stop" student community, in order to quantify the quality and effectiveness of the construction of the one-stop community and facilitate education managers to adjust and optimize it.
