Research on the Evaluation of Psychological Health Risk Factors for College Students from the Perspective of Two Factor Theory
This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the risk factors of mental health among college students from the perspective of the dual factor model of mental health, and propose corresponding intervention strategies. At the same time, this article emphasizes that mental health covers dimensions such as health care and motivation. Taking a certain class in a certain university as an empirical analysis, the correlation between the two is calculated through model data, providing a more related, comprehensive, and accurate framework for mental health assessment. This provides effective empirical evidence and theoretical reference for improving the mental health of university students and promoting their comprehensive development.
