Research on the Construction and Application of Curriculum Knowledge Map Integrating Multimodal Resources

In today's wave of information education, online education, especially the open education resource platform represented by MOOC, is reshaping the higher education system at an unprecedented speed, and its massive courses and flexible learning mode have become an important engine to promote educational reform. However, while pursuing extensive coverage, MOOC platform also faces challenges such as insufficient course quality control, low user participation and low completion rate. In this regard, based on the actual needs, this study will deeply explore the feasibility of integrating the concept of knowledge map into the online learning platform of MOOC courses, and put forward a set of construction methods of course knowledge map combined with multimodal resources under MOOC teaching platform, so as to realize the standardized management of course quality, thereby improving the utilization efficiency of multimodal resources and improving the learning experience of student users. Practice has proved that the curriculum knowledge map formed by key steps such as resource collection and pretreatment, knowledge point extraction and labeling, relationship mining and map construction, map optimization and visualization can completely show the relationship among many knowledge points in the curriculum, which is beneficial to further improve the curriculum knowledge structure, and also makes a positive attempt to realize personalized learning and improve the effectiveness of higher education.
