Research on ideological and political teaching reform of electrical control course integrated with craftsman spirit

The vocational and technical education of military sergeants is an important training method for military sergeant talents, integrating "craftsman spirit" into curriculum teaching is an important measure to implement to the ideological and political education of the curriculum and adhere to the cultivation of morality. This paper studied the cultivation connotation of "craftsman spirit" based on the characteristics of sergeant vocational and technical education. Taking the electrical control course as an example, it discusses the reform measures of integrating "craftsman spirit" into the electrical control course teaching from several aspects, such as ideological and political objectives, teaching content, ideological and political elements, teaching methods and effective evaluation, and teachers' quality. It provides reference for the high-quality development of personnel training in the militaryhou sergeant vocational and technical education.
