Technologia deepfake w kampanii parlamentarnej w Polsce w 2023 roku

The subject of this text is the issue of the use of deepfake technology during the parliamentary campaign in Poland in 2023. The aim of the article is to present the ways of using deepfake technology during the ongoing campaign, as well as to try to answer the question about the purposefulness and effectiveness of these activities. Initial key findings allow us to conclude that several deepfakes appeared in the virtual space, which were created for satirical, disinformation and depreciatory purposes. However, due to quick actions, among others, journalists and specialists in the field of fake news, the disinformation potential of such messages was minimized.
