This study was conducted to provide useful reference material that can contribute not only to the development of the Palbok Art Factory but also to the advancement of tourism and cultural arts spaces in Jeonju by examining the impact of experiential elements at the Palbok Art Factory on place attachment and revisit intention. To achieve the research objectives, a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to tourists who visited the Palbok Art Factory in Jeonju from June 1 to June 20, 2024. After excluding 11 insincerely answered questionnaires, 239 valid responses were analyzed. SPSS 23.0 was used for empirical analysis, and the research findings are as follows: First, the experiential elements of the Palbok Art Factory were found to have a positive (+) impact on place identity, a component of place attachment, but only a partial positive (+) impact on place dependence. Second, place attachment to the Palbok Art Factory was found to have a significant positive (+) impact on revisit intention. Third, the experiential elements of the Palbok Art Factory were found to have a positive impact on revisit intention. The Palbok Art Factory should continue to develop various experiential programs that foster positive emotions in visiting tourists, and it is necessary to identify unique differentiation points that can set the factory apart from similar tourist attractions to continuously enhance the value of the destination.
