Study on Multi-channel Color CCD-based Temperature Measurement for High-temperature Objects

This paper proposes a temperature measurement method for high-temperature object surfaces using a color CCD camera. This method leverages the multi-channel photoelectric conversion principle of the color CCD camera to achieve efficient and real-time temperature detection of high-temperature objects. Moreover, when faced with a large temperature measurement range or high-temperature objects of varying temperatures, the temperature measurement approach based on the radiometric colorimetry of the CCD sensing elements exhibits varying degrees of applicability. This paper discusses the differences between varIOUs channel-based colorimetric temperature measurement methods and their applicable objects. Specifically, the selection and analysis of two-channel and three-channel methods are presented.
