An Open Source Implementation for Supporting ICN in 5G Core Network

ICN was proposed for efficient content delivery by using the content name for routing, instead of using IP address. Recently, works on interworking between ICN and 5G core network have been carried out. In this paper, we propose an architecture of open source testbed for supporting ICN in 5G core network. Then, the testbed is implemented and tested by using Open5GS, UERANSIM, eUPF, and NDN open source.
