Design of Large-Scale Bird Prediction System Based on Kappa Architecture in Digital Twin Airport
In light of the swift evolution of China’s civil air transport sector, the escalating menace of bird strikes on flight safety has emerged as a pivotal concern. This paper conducts an insightful examination of recent bird strike statistics and the migratory patterns of birds, proposing a comprehensive framework for a large-scale bird prediction system based on the Kappa architecture. Additionally, the study delves into the current state of relevant technologies. By scrutinizing the intricacies of server cluster design, a high-performance and reliable system is meticulously constructed, offering essential support to effectively alleviate the perils associated with bird strikes. Nonetheless, challenges persist in the practical application of this technical framework. This paper meticulously analyzes these challenges and puts forth pertinent optimization recommendations. Lastly, the future trajectory and expansive applications of the technical framework are envisioned, contributing novel perspectives and innovative methodologies to the realm of large-scale bird forecasting in the context of Digital Twin Airport.
