Research on Layout Optimization of Warehouse Functional Area Based on EIQ-ABC-SLP Method

Taking Warehouse M as an example, this paper deeply discusses the optimization of warehouse layout, and puts forward a scientific optimization scheme for the existing problems of Warehouse M. The EIQ-ABC analysis method is used to accurately classify goods and customers, clarify the direction of storage strategy adjustment, and adopt the SLP method to reset the layout of warehouse functional areas, aiming to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, reducing costs, and enhance customer service levels, providing effective reference for the warehousing management of the household appliance logistics industry.
