Modeling and Control of Magnetic Gap in Lorentz Force Maglev Platform
The Lorentz force magnetic platform, as a new generation of high-precision turntable for magnetic levitation satellites, can meet the requirements of ultra-high attitude pointing accuracy and attitude stability for future spacecraft. To solve the multi-body attitude control problem under maneuvering conditions, the dynamic modeling of three types of magnetic bearings is first based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method, and the magnetic gap is finely modeled based on the relative poses of the magnetic levitation module and the payload module. Secondly, design a multi closed-loop control system consisting of radial pose control of the payload module, axial position control of the payload module, and axial attitude control of the payload module, and reverse calculate the magnetic gap changes based on the coupling relationship. The final simulation results verified that under the load centered control method, the magnetic gap variation is stable within a safe range, and the electromagnetic force is stable below the control limit.
