Algorithm research based on short-wave near-infrared spectral detection technology
As a non-destructive and rapid analytical method, near-infrared spectroscopy technology has a broad application prospect in the fields of food, medicine and agriculture. This paper introduces the principles, characteristics, and experimental methods of short-wave near-infrared spectroscopy technology, and discusses its application in the analysis and detection of substance composition. Firstly, the near-infrared spectral region covers the characteristic absorption peaks of water, sugar, hemoglobin and other substances, which can reflect the composition and structure information of the sample. Secondly, the sample is irradiated with a near-infrared light source, and the detector records the transmitted or reflected light, and the content of each component in the sample is calculated according to the light absorption law. Finally, this paper takes bovine hemoglobin as an example to design an algorithm to realize automatic searching for characteristic peaks and characteristic values and plotting, which demonstrates the practical application of NIR spectroscopy technology and its extended application in medicine.
