Interaction Mechanism and Collaborative Planning Method of Primary and Secondary Systems of a New Type of Active Distribution Network with Source-Grid-Load-Storage Coordination
This research presents a holistic and well-coordinated control framework tailored for various scenarios. Initially, the interactive demand response management between the energy storage system and charging stations is achieved via distributed collaborative regulation, ensuring system stability across different load variation conditions. Additionally, the V/Q control mechanism for reactive power compensation devices, alongside renewable distributed generators (RDG), enhances the voltage stability within the distribution network. Furthermore, centralized optimization control is implemented by leveraging the sensitivity of load impedance and equivalent impedance to control parameters, ultimately boosting the system’s operational efficiency. To validate the framework’s effectiveness, a case study is conducted on an extended IEEE33 benchmark node system. The simulation outcomes demonstrate that the proposed control approach markedly elevates the distribution network’s voltage levels, particularly under high-load scenarios and significant fluctuations in renewable energy, showcasing robust adaptability and resilience. Concurrently, the findings also indicate that this approach excels in optimizing the distribution network’s operational benefits comprehensively, enabling cost reductions while enhancing power quality, thereby ensuring reliable support for the efficient operation of modern urban distribution systems.
