Experimental Study on the Influencing Factors of Leakage Performance of Hydraulic Motor

This study takes a certain brand of hydraulic cycloidal motor as the research object, and analyzes and researches the influence of the brand of hydraulic motor, the viscosity of hydraulic oil fluid, the temperature of hydraulic oil supplying, and the fit clearance of the hydraulic motor rotor to the stator on the leakage of the motor through experiments. The results show that there is a significant difference in the leakage between different brands of hydraulic motors with the same displacement; for the same hydraulic motor, the greater the viscosity viscosity, the smaller the leakage; for the same hydraulic motor, the higher the oil supply temperature, the greater the leakage; for the same hydraulic motor, the greater the clearance between the stator and rotor of the hydraulic motor, the greater the leakage. Therefore, in engineering practice, the evaluation of the leakage performance of hydraulic motors needs to comprehensively consider the effects of oil viscosity, oil temperature and hydraulic motor machining clearance.
