Architectural Model Based on TOGAF to Attend to the Admission of Families in a Shelter
In the temporary homes context, efficiency in managing the intake process is crucial, and the lack of an appropriate business architecture can lead to inefficiencies and errors. Therefore, this study focuses on developing and implementing a specific enterprise architecture for these organizations, focusing on enrollment management. A detailed analysis of the current enrollment process will be conducted to identify areas of improvement and key needs. Based on these findings, an enterprise architecture will be designed and implemented that streamlines the admission process. It is expected to reduce the admission problem by 40% with this new architecture, improving both operational efficiency and the user experience and quality of life of residents. This solution will not only optimize times and reduce errors but will also facilitate the work of assistants in these social centers, serving as a model for future similar projects in other areas.
