Design and analysis of target-attacker-defender games under limited observations*
This paper designs a game control strategy for the target-attacker-defender (TAD) games under limited observations that occur on both sides of the defender and target. Three different cases of TAD games are taken into account: 1) protecting a fixed target, 2) protecting a target moving along a fixed trajectory, and 3) protecting an escaping target. For each case, the pursuit strategy, evasion strategy, and defense strategy are particularly designed based on linear quadratic (LQ) game theory. Furthermore, it rigorously proves that the Nash equilibrium is achieved under the designed strategies. The simulation results verify the rationality of the proposed method.
