The Analysis of Effect of the Research Management Professionals on R&D Achievements of SMEs

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups has established a system to allocate labor costs for research and management experts within the overhead of national research and development projects in order to distribute research management professionals of SMEs. In order to analyze the impact of the spread of these research management experts on the research and development achievements of SMEs, a survey was conducted on 970 people who completed the training by deriving quantitative and qualitative achievements measurement indicators. As a result, it was found that companies that have completed research management professionals training have a strong will to carry out research and development and a high probability of selecting national research and development projects. In addition, it was analyzed that it had a positive effect on research fund execution and research progress management in carrying out national R&D projects.
