The use of herbal medicine in global clinical practice has its roots in the distant past. Research into the application of healing herbs in medicine continues. The article describes an approach to the use of the phytotherapeutic agent “Normavit” in the secondary prevention of atherosclerosis and ischemic heart disease. The article was prepared based on the author’s observations.
