Value vectors in the education system of students at a modern Russian higher educational institution

The article states that the most important task of the current educational process in higher educational institutions is not only the training of a professional, but also the moral education of modern Russian youth. The author believes that the value vectors in the system of educating young specialists should be the formation of cultural identity, humanistic consciousness, and moral goal-setting among the younger generation of Russia. It is noted that cinema and music play a significant role in this process, which have acquired special significance as a tool for the mass familiarization of young people with national cultural codes in the conditions of information and technological development of post-industrial society. The author proposes different types of activities through mass art forms that contribute to the formation of national and cultural identity.
