Catalog for IT Project Management Auditing
This paper presents an objective method for evaluating the project management of IT projects. To achieve this, a quantitative survey was utilized to create and validate a questionnaire consisting of 19 domains and 46 test criteria. The study focuses on traditional project management techniques and incorporates relevant content from PRINCE2, PMBOK 7th, and ICB4 project management standards. According to statistical analysis, the survey results suggest that the questionnaire is suitable for conducting an independent assessment of project management.
